Our Emergency Ride Home program is designed for those who use sustainable transportation, but need to get somewhere quickly in an emergency. Our ERH program covers six Lyft rides a year, up to $100 per ride.

How am I Eligible?

If you work at one of our business partners or live at one of our residential partners and commute using a non-drive-alone mode, you are automatically eligible for our ERH program. You’ll receive one ride voucher to start, and then you can track trips on WaytoGo to earn points for additional ride vouchers:

  • Earn 50 points for every sustainable strip to/from/within the district.

  • You can earn a maximum of 100 points a day.

  • Each voucher costs 300 points on WaytoGo. Anyone who participates in the program is given 300 points to start.

How to Redeem a Ride Voucher When Necessary:

  1. Download Lyft and create an account.

  2. In WaytoGo, click the available rewards in the “Lower Mystic ERH Claim” program before you order your ride.

  3. Fill out the short form.

  4. Follow the link to redeem the ride voucher in the Lyft App.
